Its inception in the academic year 2007-2008 highlighted the institution’s commitment to wisdom and excellence in pharmacy education. Under the leadership of Dr. JVC Sharma, M.Pharm, Ph.D, boasting 30 years of experience in teaching and the pharmaceutical industry, the college thrives within the knowledge-rich Yenkapally campus.

The undergraduate program, Bachelor of Pharmacy, spans four years with an annual intake of 60 students. This comprehensive course delves into various disciplines, encompassing general and biomedical subjects such as Physiology, Pathology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Management & Administration, and specialized subjects including Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacology, and Clinical Pharmacy. With a history of graduating ten batches and thirteen years of excellence, the college continues to excel.

The postgraduate program in pharmacy offers specializations in Pharmaceutics & Pharmaceutical Analysis under M.Pharm, since the academic year 2012-13, accepting 15 students for each specialization.

Adding to its array of offerings, the college introduced the Pharm.D program, a six-year course with an intake of 30 students, from the academic year 2016-17.
